LumaRise uses clinically inspired light therapy principles to align your wake-up with your natural circadian rhythm—no subscription, no complicated app required.
Step 1 — Set your wake time
Choose your alarm time on the device. LumaRise begins its sunrise simulation 10, 20, or 30 minutes before—your choice.
Step 2 — Light replaces the shock
Soft red dawn light gradually shifts to orange, then bright yellow daylight. Your brain reduces melatonin before any sound plays—so you wake calm, not panicked.
Step 3 — Optional nature sound
If you need audio backup, pick from birds, ocean waves, piano, and more—with 16 volume levels.
Bonus — Sunset mode
At night, run sunset mode: light dims from warm white to off over 30 minutes, signaling your body it's time for sleep.
