Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 United States. No international orders at this time.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $4.99 on all orders.

How long does delivery take? 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Do I need the app? No. LumaRise Core works entirely on-device. Pro adds FM radio—still no subscription.

Will it work in a dark room? Yes. Place the lamp 12–24 inches from your face for best results.

Is it loud? Nature sounds are gentle (max ~65 dB). Many customers use light-only mode.
